At Savage Raven by Skull & Co., we stand by our high-performance electronics and want you to be fully satisfied with your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Ensure the electronics are in their original packaging with all cables, manuals, and accessories included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
